Planning and Evaluation

The purpose of Reflect & Learn's Organizational Assessment website (OA) is to improve learning by using organizational assessment frameworks, models, and tools for self-reflection. Reflect & Learn (RL) is designed for organizations and individuals interested in learning about their organization’s performance, capacity, motivation, and environment. We present a variety of approaches to self-evaluation and self-reflection and also offer guidance on how to select the appropriate framework and model for engaging in a wide variety of organizational reviews.
