Board Effectiveness Parameters Work Group

Does your Board work? In the manner that its supposed to and is most effective? How can we objectively 'assess' the value that a Board is bringing to the organisation? What are the questions that e must ask? Should these questions be different for different types of Boards? At different points in time?

If we agree that we must review the value that a Board brings into the organisation, surely we must develop objective parameters to determine the same. This working group has been set up to identify some of those parameters and perhaps test how relevant they may be.
