What is the purpose of the Global NGO Forum?

For starters, check out The Resource Alliance (www.resource-alliance.org), the Assocation of Fundraising Professionals (www.afpnet.org), and, in India, NGOs India (www.ngosindia.com) On this site there have been some discussions about fundraising and boards that you might find interesting. In the Ask and Discuss area, have a look at the discussion of sources of North American donors (ngoboards.org/community/sources_of_north_american_dono) and fundraising strategy for Good Governance projects (http://ngoboards.org/community/fundraising_strategy_for_good_governance_projects). Dear Nancy White, Hello!!!! Thank you very much for getting a oppurtunity to work with world NGO forum group. I am K. Richmond Carey working voluntarily in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India since 2003 for weaker section of people. I would like your comments in raising funds for my organisation or applying for a project through funding agencies or any voluntary organisation is there to support initially. Please guide me .
